CablesByThePound.com ships by ground within Canada and the continental USA. Our posted shipping rates are different for each section of the country, they do not always apply for extremely remote and rural areas. Extra shipping charges are possibly applicable to deliveries to be made in remote and rural areas. Due to the limited functionality of our web site customers will get quoted shipping rates for these orders destined for remote rural areas on a per order basis.

 We use a variable flat rate system for parcels less than 69.99 lbs. For parcels that are 70lbs or more, the order will be split into 2 or more parcels making them courier shippable. Anything heavier than 70lbs can not ship via UPS. To get the exact amount for shipping for each order,this can be verified at the checkout box.

Shipping charges are non refundable in any situation and returned orders for non-deliverable orders or non pickup from courier depots are eligible to restocking charges of up to 50% and shipping charges are non refundable.
